Haven Hill Medical will soon offer teleconsultation services, so you can speak with a doctor by video from home and receive professional health advice.
Teleconsultation is suitable for symptom follow-up, chronic disease reviews, medication advice, and general health enquiries. If an in-person visit or further assessment is needed, we will arrange appropriate follow-up.
Video Consultation
Speak with a doctor in real time through a secure video platform, without travelling to the clinic.
Flexible Access
Ideal for follow-up visits, or when travelling to the clinic is temporarily inconvenient.
Clinical Oversight
Assessed by a family medicine doctor, with referral for in-person or specialist care when needed.
